POLICIES:
Appointment booking — To reserve an appointment, a valid card may be required on file through our secure booking system. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
By scheduling an appointment with Rooted Salon, clients acknowledge and agree to the salon policies listed below.
Cancellation — We kindly request that appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled outside of the required notice period will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reserved service amount.
No show — Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount and may be required to place a deposit for future bookings.
Late arrivals — If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining scheduled time. In some cases services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled
Service adjustments — Your satisfaction is important to us. Our services are non-refundable. If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact the salon within 10 days so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.
Guests & children — To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services remain in the salon during appointments.
Children must be supervised at all times for safety reasons. Rooted Salon is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring within the salon space.
Retail returns — Retail products may be eligible for exchange if returned within a 7-day timeframe and in accordance with salon policy.
Salon environment — Rooted Salon is committed to maintaining a welcoming, professional, and respectful environment for all guests and team members.
We kindly ask that clients arrive to appointments on time and treat our team and shared salon space with courtesy and respect.
Rooted Salon reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or does not align with our salon standards.
Consultation — All color and chemical services begin with a consultation to discuss hair history, previous treatments, desired results, and maintenance expectations.
For the safety and integrity of the hair, Rooted Salon reserves the right to adjust or decline services if the requested result cannot be achieved safely or if the condition of the hair may be compromised.
