Tessa Reale is the co-owner of Rooted and brings over 15 years of experience behind the chair. Growing up in California, she was raised in the salon industry by her parents, who owned and operated a salon in Santa Monica. Being surrounded by the beauty industry from an early age shaped her passion for hair and the meaningful connections built between stylist and client.

Throughout her career, Tessa has worked in salons across multiple states and has trained with a variety of professional color lines including Keune, Redken, Goldwell, and many others throughout the industry. She remains passionate about continuing education and regularly pursues advanced training to stay current with evolving techniques, products, and trends.

Known for her warm personality and genuine conversations, Tessa takes the time to truly listen and understand each guest’s vision. With strong attention to detail and a thoughtful eye for what will look and feel best, her goal is to create hair that enhances natural beauty while helping every guest leave feeling confident and refreshed. As co-owner of Rooted, she is dedicated to creating a salon environment where artistry, connection, and elevated service come together so every client feels truly cared for.
